Adam is an entrepreneur and technology-focused investor-operator with over decades of experience founding, backing, and scaling lower-middle-market companies in software, services and fintech. He has filled every seat at the table—founder, chairman, controlling investor, and CEO. Guiding businesses such as Avant, Future Finance, Spring Labs, and Digital Disbursement from concept to meaningful scale.

Before turning to the private markets, Adam led TPG-Axon’s UK and Asia business and built earlier capital-markets expertise at Goldman Sachs, Soros Fund Management, and The Blackstone Group.

• Raised and deployed more than $2 billion in equity and credit across growth-stage technology platforms

• Built fintech lender Avant from launch to a multibillion-dollar loan book, serving two million+ customers
